SFDS parishioners Marisa and Emilee Ballaro invite the #SFDSfamily to a free, collaborative workshop between Ballaro Dance and Lux Mea, a Manhattan-based women's chorus. This workshop, Melodies In Motion, is part body/part voice and will explore the connection of sound and movement. No dance or singing experience necessary.

You can also take part in the weekly Thursday community classes at 5pm with Ballaro Dance.
