He has served in diverse communities across Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and New York, holding leadership roles at the parish and archdiocesan level. A graduate of DeSales University with advanced studies at Villanova, Joe brings a deep commitment to forming missionary disciples and building welcoming, vibrant parish communities grounded in faith and service.
